How to place an order on Fragrance oils or Essential oils
After we receive the notification about your order, our customer representative will review your order and may make updates. If some of the items are out of stock and the shipping methods you have chosen are not available we will make the necessary changes to the invoice. You will receive this invoice by e-mail with the "Total of your order" and instructions about how to make your payment with credit card, money order or through the PayPal system.
If you did not receive a conformation about the status of your order within 24 hours, please check one more time your e-mail box (sometimes e-mails go to spam folders). However, if you cannot find any reply from us please click here
If you prefer to pay by money order you will be given a total amount including the shipping cost and for Canadian customers the Total cost including applicable taxes.
After we receive your payment your order will be packed and shipped out. You can check the status of your order by entering your order number and e-mail address at orderstatus
You will receive an e-mail notification with a tracking number if your order is shipped by Express post or UPS only. Please be patient if you choose shipping by Air Mail . Orders shipped by Air Mail usually take more then 10 days to be delivered and do not have a tracking number.
