"Pure essential oils .ca." is a privately owned company located in London, Ontario Canada (half way between Toronto and Detroit) and incorporated in Ontario Canada. Our company has been operating several e-commerce retail and wholesale websites since 2002. From 2002-2004 the Company was incorporated in British Columbia, Canada, under the name "ATL Design LTD". In 2004 we moved to Ontario and changed the name of the company to "Pure essential oils .ca.". All members of our team have experience in working in aromatherapy companies and perfume industry in Europe and North America. We offer customer service in English, French and Russian. We purchase products in bulk and then bottle and label ourselves, cutting out the "middle men" that most aromatherapy companies use. Our bulk purchasing allows us to provide our premium products at lower prices - passing the savings on to our customers. All products are shipped from Ontario. Of course Not - We have hundreds of products in stock as well as contacts with numerous manufacturers of aromatherapy products across the globe. If you do not see a product you're looking for please contact us by phone or preferably by e-mail info@pureessentialoils.com. Let us know what you are looking for and in most cases we can accommodate your needs and add the product in question to the store just for you. Your email could actually help us out. If you cannot find what you are looking for here, send an email and we'll try and source it for you.

Do you sell your products by weight or by volume?
All fragrances and essential oils are sold by weight, not volume. Fill level of bottles will vary.

What kind of payments do you accept?
At the moment we accept all major credit cards and payment trough PayPal payment system, checks or Money Orders. Checks and money orders are subject to the normal clearance time.

How quickly can I expect to receive my order?
Products we have in stock are usually shipped within 24-72 hours. Canadian based orders are sent via Canada Post and usually arrive within 3-5 working days. However 5 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived. US orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days by Priority mail and 10-14 days by Air mail. Money Orders are subject to the normal clearance time. Occasionally, due to the huge amount of orders we receive every day, an item may go out of stock temporarily. If this should happen you will be notified of any delay and offered a full refund or replacement product if you so desire.

To which countries do you ship your products? We ship all over the world. If you would like to find out shipping cost and delivery time before placing your order, please send us an e-mail to info@pureessentialoils.com with your shipping address and the list of products you would like to order.

Overseas Shipping Policies:
Overseas deliveries usually take 7-14 days to be received, depending on the location of the customer. Please note that we do not provide overnight overseas shipments. "Pure essential oils .ca." will not be held responsible for any Duties or International Customs fees that overseas customer's may be charged. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address Problems:
If the address you gave us has any mistakes causing the delivery company to be unable to deliver the package, we will send your purchase again but shipping will then be charged again.

Our return/exchange Policies
1.The goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
2.The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3.The goods must be received back at our office within 30 days from the day you placed your order.
We are so confident in our products quality that we offer 30 DAY money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase return it within 30 days and we will refund your money. We will accept any of our unused products back and refund your money (minus shipping) for a period of 30 days. Pure essential oils .ca. will not issue a refund for any used product. Defective products can be sent back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. A 10% restocking fee may apply. Before returning our products, please obtain a return confirmation number by e-mailing our customer service. No refunds will be issued without prior return confirmation number. Please note that we will not accept returns shipped COD. All returns should be marked clearly with the post label products return, otherwise all customs fees etc. will be applied to your account. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable. If you are not sure which products to order, you can try small quantities first (starting from 1/6 oz).

Order Cancellations:
To cancel your order, you will need to send an email to info@pureessentialoils.com with your order number and full name in the message body. We will reply to your e-mail with instruction on how to proceed with the return. 10% Cancellation Fee - Please note that if you placed your order and we charged your CC and you decide to cancel your order, we will be charging a 10% Cancellation Fee. Your Credit Card will be refunded, minus 10% of the total amount charged. This is to cover the fee that is charged to us when we process your order.

Do you sell Perfume oils from Brand names?
Our Designer Perfume Oils are called "TYPES" because the brand names are the exclusive property of their original manufacturer and are registered trademark names. We are not connected with the brand name in any way.

Do you trade names and customer info with third parties?
No, definitely not. We never have and never will.

Affiliate program?
